HOWS THIS FOR A SUBSTANTIVE POST?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Do you think the guy in the documentary today did it? Is he guilty or is he truly a victim of the system as he says? I personally think he's innocent, but let me hear your thoughts.

I do not know if he is innocent but is definitely not guilty, and that's all that matters. If I were a judge or juror hearing the case, I could not, in good conscious convict him of aggravated rape as there was not enough evidence to prove his guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

He fell victim to a system that was openly based on race, and now he has fallen victim to a system that is overtly discriminatory based on class and privately biased based on race.

I like to believe my gut is right, and when he first appeared on the screen, before he brought up being innocent I thought, "Huh, he doesn't seem like someone that would commit a crime," and I know basing my thoughts on his appearance isn't the greatest idea, but focusing on the way he presents himself and, like I said before, my gut feeling about him, I immediately thought he was innocent, and when he said it himself, it just felt like a reassurance.

Logically speaking, there didn't seem to be any actual substance on the case that put him in jail. First, he was the only man put in handcuffs, and secondly, the victim stated she wouldn't be able to identify him due to his race. Also, why wouldn't he take the plea bargain and admit to being guilty when even his lawyers suggested that to him. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty, but according to this case, he was guilty before having a chance to prove his innocence.
