Irish Bands Are Cool

So there's a band from Northern Ireland that goes by the name The Divine Comedy. They compose orchestral pop music and are fronted by Neil Hannon, who has been the only constant member of the group. And the band's name comes from - what a surprise - Dante's poem of the same name. Personally I think their band name perfectly embody's their lyrical and musical artistry. And Neil Hannon comes from a particularly religious background; he mentions in some interviews how this has impacted his life and his music. I would give them a listen.
