Dante Paper

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ulh11EnkWK4&feature=related

This is a video project by someone who had to do a modern Dante's Inferno. It's really funny and, though he did all seven circles of hell, it's well done and pretty similar to our paper.

Lol. "Abandon All Ye Who Enter Here (please turn off your cell phones)" This is a very informative and creative Dante interpretation. I strive for my paper to be as comical as this video. Also, I think that John Lennon is a good pick for the guide.

You mean all nine* circles of Hell correct?

I really like this video. It sets the bar high for our papers. There are so many sins for us to choose fro but like meredith said, we should strive for our stories to be comical and enjoyable to read.

i thought this was a funny version of an interpretation of the inferno. I like that he relates it to certain things in his life like his history exam.

His circles are also funny. He uses alot of pop culture characters. The heretics are the people on tv who preach. I thought that was pretty well done and i agree that those shows are horrible to watch.

way to patronize Ravin... I was tired. As far as accuracy goes a "modern rendition" usually comes with given amount of creative license but I just thought the thing was funny. I don't think an *accurate* rendition of Dante's Inferno would be all that funny anyway.

This video is cool. I like the picture of the staircase in mid air going to the heavens. The video is a nice summary of the epic. Whoever made this probably understands the poem very well as he is able to put the entire thing into his own words, basically.
