I can't rank, but I can name three favorites that come to mind first:

Movies: My Fair Lady (with my darling Audrey!), Hercules, and Dead Poets' Society

Songs: "Let it Be" by the Beatles, "Rescue" by Eve 6, and "Long Road to Ruin" by Foo Fighters

Books: Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man by James Joyce, Mrs. Dalloway by Virginia Woolf, and I'm going to have to name a poem third because it won't let me be: "The Love Song of J. Aflred Prufrock" by T. S. Eliot.

We went from classics such as "Jackets vs. Sweaters," and "Soft vs. Hard Tacos," to this.

What will the humanities classes of years to come say?

El Paco said...

John - Shut up. No one likes you. Soft Vs. Hard tacos sucked

El Paco said...

I mean, Jackets vs. sweaters was legit - soft vs hard tacos was just an inferior rip off. Only Jane, you, and Taylor actually cared about that one.

You're just bitter because you got a hard taco with your meal on our t-bell field trip, not realizing you could've opted instead for the superior soft taco.

Mmmm. Soft taco

I loved soft vs. hard tacos for the record and jackets vs sweaters just copied last year. I think we should do polos vs button ups, or addidas vs nike

El Paco said...

I don't know about adidas vs. Nike - Puma obviously wins.

Aaron Nussdorf said...

like wise, i dont like either nike or adidas: i perfer converse and hiking boots

To sorta rephrase your line to Wise about love - have you really tried any other kind of shoe?

I didn't really like Pumas much until I got a pair myself and saw how stylin' they looked on me. I didn't want a pair of shoes from a "big" company like Puma, because everyone wears Pumas and I wanted to be individual... but now, I stay individual in the way I wear my Pumas (a much more stylin' way than everyone else).

Also, Nike bought out Converse in 2003. So if you say you prefer Converse, then you're basically choosing Nike. just sayin'

How about James Joyce Vs. the number 7?

jp...i also wear hiking boots and nikes and others are just not as comfortable. i have determined that after years of experience.
