Also, he made up a story that he was just a commoner when he was first at king marks land. I think that this kind of justified the act of deciving.alybhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03507543304546945675noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3953690364532718935.post-1789904759553267542011-10-13T22:51:00.310-05:002011-10-13T22:51:00.310-05:00I think King Mark is a very interesting character....I think King Mark is a very interesting character. To me, he is the epitome of a perfect king. He is loyal, kind, understanding, and harsh when he needs to be. I feel like a lot of people overlook his role in the story.Christine Catinishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07988912740791725983noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3953690364532718935.post-67026592889079746662011-10-13T22:37:48.518-05:002011-10-13T22:37:48.518-05:00Yeah, I thought that Iseult was very quick on her ...Yeah, I thought that Iseult was very quick on her feet in this scene. I myself was just waiting for the King to come down and catch the lovers in the act, but instead Iseult completely surprised me. She lead the King in a totally different direction and I don't even know if I would've been able to do that. I admired her very much when she was deceiving him, but at the same time felt bad for Mark.Ravin Shttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07205426510739560010noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3953690364532718935.post-90985889887553659582011-10-13T22:33:26.343-05:002011-10-13T22:33:26.343-05:00Yes, there is a lot of irony in the book. I think ...Yes, there is a lot of irony in the book. I think it makes the story a lot better, as they focus on the 2 main characters and everyone else is kind of secondary. They are so in love that they just don't care and they will pretty much do anything to be together.ParkerChttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00954111548218643434noreply@blogger.com
